Thank you for shopping at X & O Beads Shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your jewelry, we're here to help.

Returns

  • It is our hope that you will be happy with your purchase as all items are marked as final sale.

  • However, to report a damaged or defective product in your order, please contact us at xobeads.ca@gmail.com and follow the instructions below. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  • We may offer an exchanges on any damaged or defective product in your order.

  • Please note, all claims must be submitted within seven (7) after the product has been received.

  • To submit a claim, send two (2) clearly taken photo of product to xobeads.ca@gmail.com to review.

  • The team at X & O Beads Shop will review and process any exchanges at our sole discretion.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item requested for exchange is not available, we will offer a product with similar or greater value. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
