We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

How to Initiate an Exchange

We may offer an exchanges on any damaged or defective product in your order.

Please note, all claims must be submitted within seven (7) after the product has been received.

To submit a claim, send two (2) clearly taken photo of product to xobeads.ca@gmail.com to review.

The team at X & O Beads Shop will review and process any exchanges at our sole discretion.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item requested for exchange is not available, we will offer a product with similar or greater value.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
